Niam Soule is a Registered Architect with nearly two decades of experience guiding projects through the full architectural process – from concept through construction. He is known for balancing thoughtful design with strong technical execution, helping transform design intent into clear documentation and successful built results. Niam’s experience includes high-end residential renovations, specialized aquatic facilities, and complex infrastructure projects, giving him a practical understanding of how buildings are designed and constructed.

As Project Architect and Manager at GDS-Designs, Niam collaborates closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to guide projects from early design through construction administration. He focuses on producing well-coordinated construction documentation and navigating permitting, detailing, and construction challenges. Niam also leverages advanced tools – including LiDAR scanning, solar analysis, photogrammetry, and digital modeling—to accurately capture site conditions and support design development.

Niam is a Registered Architect in Massachusetts. He holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology, as well as an Associate in Applied Science in Computer Aided Drafting from ITT Technical Institute.
