Zoia is a dedicated designer with experience across residential construction, commercial architecture, and interior design. She is known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and collaborative approach to design. Zoia brings a thoughtful balance of creativity and technical precision to her work, helping translate client goals into clear, functional, and visually compelling design solutions. Her background across multiple areas of the design and construction process allows her to approach projects with both a design-focused and practical perspective. In addition, her experience in marketing supports her work in branding and concept development, helping align interior environments with a project’s identity and overall vision.

As a Designer and Interior Designer at GDS-Designs, Zoia contributes to the development of residential and commercial projects from early design concepts through detailed documentation. She plays a key role in producing Revit-based construction drawings, interior design layouts, and visual renderings that help communicate design intent to clients and project teams. Zoia’s work emphasizes clear documentation, thoughtful material selections, and well-coordinated interior environments. Her ability to combine technical production with presentation-quality visuals supports the firm’s commitment to delivering well-resolved, client-centered design solutions. 

Zoia holds a Master of Interior Architecture from the Boston Architectural College, where she was awarded grants in 2021, 2023, and 2024 in recognition of her design potential. She also holds a Master of Project Management and a Bachelor of Management Studies from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia.
