As Principal Architect and Owner of GDS-Designs, Alex leads the firm’s architectural vision, guiding projects from initial concept through construction. He works closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure that design intent, budget, and constructability remain aligned throughout the process. Alex combines strong design sensibility with technical expertise, utilizing advanced digital tools and BIM workflows to communicate ideas clearly and manage project complexity. His leadership emphasizes collaboration, precision, and practical innovation in order to deliver thoughtful, high-quality architecture.
Alex holds a Master of Architecture from the Boston Architectural College and completed international architectural studies at the Technical University of Berlin.

Zoia Fandina, Assoc. IIDA Designer/Interior Designer

As a Designer and Interior Designer at GDS-Designs, Zoia contributes to the development of residential and commercial projects from early design concepts through detailed documentation. She plays a key role in producing Revit-based construction drawings, interior design layouts, and visual renderings that help communicate design intent to clients and project teams. Zoia’s work emphasizes clear documentation, thoughtful material selections, and well-coordinated interior environments. Her ability to combine technical production with presentation-quality visuals supports the firm’s commitment to delivering well-resolved, client-centered design solutions.
Zoia holds a Master of Interior Architecture from the Boston Architectural College, where she was awarded grants in 2021, 2023, and 2024 in recognition of her design potential. She also holds a Master of Project Management and a Bachelor of Management Studies from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia.
Niam Soule, RA Project Architect & Manager

As Project Architect and Manager at GDS-Designs, Niam collaborates closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to guide projects from early design through construction administration. He focuses on producing well-coordinated construction documentation and navigating permitting, detailing, and construction challenges. Niam also leverages advanced tools – including LiDAR scanning, solar analysis, photogrammetry, and digital modeling—to accurately capture site conditions and support design development.
Niam is a Registered Architect in Massachusetts. He holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology, as well as an Associate in Applied Science in Computer Aided Drafting from ITT Technical Institute.
Peter Zybert Designer & Project Manager

As a Designer and Project Manager at GDS-Designs, Peter helps translate architectural concepts into clear permit and construction documentation. He works closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors to coordinate design development, scheduling, and regulatory approvals. His responsibilities include preparing detailed drawings, conducting site analysis, and supporting construction administration to help ensure projects are delivered accurately and efficiently.
Peter holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Design from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. He also holds an Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License in Massachusetts and has completed OSHA 30-Hour and OSHA 10-Hour Construction safety certifications.
Jeanine Cosentino, NCIDQ, LEED AP ID+C

As Project Manager and Senior Designer at GDS-Designs, Jeanine leads interior design efforts from early programming through construction administration. She works closely with clients and project teams to develop space plans, coordinate documentation, and guide material and FF&E selections. Her work emphasizes clear communication, thoughtful detailing, and design solutions that support both aesthetic goals and long-term functionality.
Jeanine holds a Master’s Degree in Interior Design. She is NCIDQ Certified through the National Council for Interior Design Qualification and is a LEED Accredited Professional specializing in Interior Design + Construction (LEED AP ID+C).

As a Project Coordinator at GDS-Designs, Britt supports the design and documentation of residential projects from early planning through permit drawings. She contributes to schematic design, 3D modeling, and the preparation of visual presentations that help communicate design concepts to clients and project teams. Britt also assists with construction documentation and material coordination, helping ensure projects move forward efficiently and clearly.
Britt holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and earned a Certificate in Civic Engagement and Public Service during her studies. She has also completed OSHA 10-Hour Construction safety certifications.
Adam McClain
Art Director & Project Manager

As Art Director and Project Manager at GDS-Designs, Adam supports the development and execution of design concepts across a variety of projects. He collaborates with designers, consultants, and construction teams to coordinate creative direction, documentation, and production processes. Adam also contributes advanced visualization and modeling techniques – including 3D scanning, digital modeling, and physical prototyping – to help translate design ideas into clear, buildable solutions.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from Northeastern University and has completed additional certifications in Engineering Design, Interior Design, and Computer-Aided Design (CAD).
Christian Bousquet
Brand Strategist & Writer

As Brand Strategist and Writer at GDS-Designs, Christian helps clients define and articulate their brand promise, core values, and customer experience. He works closely with the design team to translate these ideas into cohesive brand narratives that guide both physical and digital touchpoints – from website messaging to in-store storytelling. By aligning brand strategy with spatial design, Christian ensures that each environment communicates a clear identity and brings the client’s brand to life in ways that are authentic, memorable, and meaningful to customers.
Christian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Maine, Orono. He is also the inventor of a patented virtual demonstration system (awarded in 2022) that enables users to experience the nuances of audio setup through digital simulation.
Riggins, K9, Chief Wellness Officer

Driven by a passion for office-wide wellness, Riggins also serves as the firm’s primary Sound & Vibration Analyst. By monitoring the acoustics of the kitchen area and providing rhythmic tail-wagging during team meetings, she ensures that the studio environment remains optimized for both productivity and peace.
Barnaby Myhrum
Existing Conditions Surveyor

As Existing Conditions Surveyor at GDS-Designs, Barnaby leads the firm’s reality capture and site documentation efforts. Using advanced 3D scanning and LiDAR technology, he produces detailed virtual walkthroughs, point clouds, and schematic floor plans that provide the design team with highly accurate site information. His work enables remote collaboration, supports precise digital modeling in Revit and CAD platforms, and helps reduce construction surprises by ensuring the team begins each project with reliable existing-conditions data.
Barnaby holds a Master of Liberal Arts (A.L.M.) in International Relations from Harvard University’s Harvard Extension School, where he completed a capstone in National Security. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts with a major in International Relations from Stonehill College.
Michael Fantoni
Architecture Intern

As an Architecture Intern at GDS, Michael assists the design team with modeling, drafting, and early-stage project development. His work includes creating digital models, producing drawings, and exploring layout test fits for potential client spaces. Using tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and SketchUp, he helps communicate design ideas clearly while gaining experience in collaborative project workflows.
Michael is currently pursuing a combined Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Architecture at the University of Kansas. He is expected to complete his Bachelor of Architecture in 2026 and his Master of Architecture in 2027.
