Gardner, MA 9,000 sq. ft.

  • The design intervention began with an extensive architectural survey and existing conditions documentation. Key structural updates included the strategic placement of new exterior doors to streamline freight receiving and customer access. Inside, the 9,000-square-foot footprint was meticulously zoned into a high-visibility sales area, a streamlined point-of-sale counter, and a massive retail stock room designed for maximum vertical storage. By producing a comprehensive set of permit documents, including detailed floor and reflected ceiling plans, the project ensured seamless coordination with the general contractor and full compliance with local building codes. The result is a high-functioning retail environment that maximizes the utility of an existing commercial asset.
