GDS designed both the structural layout and curated the interior finishes – including custom cabinetry specs, ambient lighting plans, and material palettes – to form a warm, unified central gathering space.

• Expanded Private & Utility Zones: The floor plan reconfigures private bedroom suites, custom bath layouts, and transition zones like mudrooms and laundry areas, ensuring every square foot serves a clear practical purpose.
